Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are currently seeking passionate and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA) who will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, short and long term consultations and direct treatment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan

  • Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs

  • Collect data for each goal/objective during each teaching session

  • Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis

  • Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness

  • Supervise and train Behavior Therapists

ABA Para-Professional

Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We provide both in-home and center-based services to children and young adults between the ages of 2-26 years old.

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Saturday, days and evenings

JOB DUTIES:

  • Monitors the client’s progress on implementation of the goals of the treatment plan developed by the BCBA/LABA

  • Collects data and conducting certain types of assessments (e.g., stimulus preference assessments)

  • Works closely with the BCBA/LABA to ensure the treatment plans and risk management/safety plan are implemented as developed and reports to the BCBA/LABA if the client is not achieving the goals and objectives set forth in the treatment plan, so that the BCBA/LABA can modify the plan as necessary

  • Assists the client in implementing the goals of the treatment plan developed by the BCBA/LABA

  • Directly implements skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans as developed by the BCBA/LABA
